June Solo: Conclusion
James has just completed the last of the commissions arising from the solo exhibition at the Park Walk Gallery, Chelsea (www.jonathancooper.co.uk). The new works will lie side-by-side in the drying cupboard for the next few days, before being varnished and put to bed in their frames, collected a couple of weeks ago from Wiltshire.

The June Solo 2015
The Solo show and Retrospective at the Park Walk Gallery 4th June – 4th July 2015 has been a tremendous success. Jonathan and his talented Gallery team worked in a very dedicated and focussed manner at the busiest time of their year and exceptional generosity was shown by a steady stream of past clients and new visitors not only over the three Private View days and nights, but through the whole month. An overwhelming reward for nine months of hard, joyful labour.

James continues to take on apprentices, selecting only the best applicants who stay at his studio for a long period and do a fair amount of humble work. Approaches should be made by email. Applicants should be aware from the outset that he can be difficult to please!
